2nd International Symposium on Sustainable Logistics* will be organized in Mersin, Turkey with a highlighted theme on Circular Economy. This symposium will be held on June 23-24, 2022, both online and face-to-face.

The International Symposium on Sustainable Logistics was held online on April 30, 2021, in cooperation with Turkish Logistics Association (LODER) and Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (TUMSAT) and was hosted by Toros University Faculty of Economics, Administrative, and Social Sciences, Department of International Trade and Logistics. This year, symposium's scope was expanded to emphasize the significance of the concepts of circular economy and sustainability. The title of the symposium has been decided as ‘‘2nd International Symposium on Sustainable Logistics ". The symposium will be held in Mersin, Turkey on June 23-24, 2022, both online and face-to-face sessions hosted by Toros University Faculty of Economics, Administrative, and Social Sciences, Department of International Trade and Logistics. Moreover, Toros University will be in cooperation with L'Université Clermont Auvergne (UCA), Jean Monnet Center of Excellence on Sustainability (ERASME), Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (TUMSAT), and Turkish Logistics Association (LODER). The symposium's theme is formed in tandem with the European Green Deal 2050 objectives; it is aimed to enhance supply chain and logistics processes with fairer, more inclusive, sustainable, and environmentally friendly strategies. Furthermore, it is intended to debate the priorities for efficient resource use in accordance with the circular economy, as well as to provide research and solution recommendations within this framework.

 In this context, the symposium, with the major themes of "Sustainable Logistics" and "Circular Economy," aims to reveal the most recent developments in logistics and the approach to the circular economy. Additionally, this symposium will feature current research, applications, and scientific studies in various disciplines, all of which will help the development of sector activities. Thus, through researching global and regional issues, collaborative solution methods will be established, as will professional and social communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Besides professional and social communication and collaboration among stakeholders, collaborative solution methods will be established through researching global and regional issues.
